Mangalan Trading Company: A Journey of Resilience, Integrity, and Innovation (2004-Present)
In 2004, Mr. Varghese Mangalan embarked on an entrepreneurial venture that would redefine trading in Chalakudy. What began as a modest plumbing material shop evolved into the esteemed Mangalan Trading Company. The company's roots were humble, with a limited product range, but from its inception, a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction laid the groundwork for its future success.

In 2005, Mangalan Trading Company expanded its offerings to include sanitary wares, signaling the first step towards becoming a comprehensive household solutions provider. The company's trajectory was marked by strategic diversification, including becoming a pioneer dealer of Jaquar Bath and Fittings. A visionary move introduced an economy range of tiles, making quality accessible to everyone, a testament to the founder's inclusive ethos.

However, the company faced a significant trial in 2018 during the devastating Kerala floods. The premises were submerged under ten feet of water, and the godown was buried beneath five feet of mud and water. While this catastrophe would have spelled doom for many, Mangalan Trading Company's spirit remained unbroken.

Walls were resurrected, stocks restored, and the premises renewed. This revival was a testament to the company's resilience, fueled by its reputation for integrity and customer-centricity.

Today, Mangalan Trading Company stands as a beacon of triumph over adversity. From its humble origins, through strategic expansions, and even in the face of nature's fury, the company has showcased an unwavering commitment to its core values.
